Housed in a historic corner building, the apartment is flooded with natural light and filled with a vibrant collection of art gathered from local artists and my travels. It’s a space designed to inspire.

This 55-square-meter sanctuary is thoughtfully designed for comfort, creativity, and a touch of luxury.

* Living & Sleeping: The heart of the home is the open living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. When it's time to rest, sink into the romantic bohemian canopy bed, fitted with a plush memory foam mattress for a perfect night's sleep. The comfortable sofa bed can accommodate a third guest.

* Entertainment: We've skipped the traditional TV for something better—a projector for your own private cinema nights. Easily connect your phone or laptop and enjoy a movie on the big screen. A dedicated desk can be provided upon request for our remote-working guests.

* Three Balconies & The View: The true soul of the apartment. Enjoy breathtaking views of the port and historic Stella Polare street. Furnished with a table and chairs, they are the perfect spot for dining al fresco, sketching the scenes below, or simply soaking in the vibrant Catanian atmosphere.

* Kitchen: The compact but mighty kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures. You'll find a fridge, air fryer, toaster, juicer, and a washing machine. For your morning ritual, choose between a classic Italian espresso machine or a French press. We even have fresh spices growing in the space for you to use!

* Bathroom: A clean, modern oasis featuring a refreshing shower with a filtered head and the added luxury of a high-tech Japanese toilet.
